Here is my very simple definition of what it takes…

A Celebrity Chef or Guru is someone who has accumulated enough skills, knowledge and experience to be OUTSTANDING in their chosen field of expertise and is recognized and acknowledged by their Industry and Tribe as an EXPERT and a LEADER …

In the Culinary world you must have formal training…you must be diciplined and committed…you must have the right mindset and attitude…you must have an awesome skillset…you must have huge amounts of experience…you must be able to teach other people…you must be able to lead…you must have poise…you must be able to communicate effectively…you HAVE TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE HEAT… most important of all…you must LOVE WHAT YOU DO … To be considered a Certified Master Chef (CMC) … especially in the United States….you have to pass a very expensive and rigourous test to be able to use the title ethically. There are few than 75 Certified Master Chef in the world today. The official title is granted only after the Chef has passed an intensive 8-day test of culinary skills and knowledge.

In the Home-Based Business arena you must have the right mindset and attitude…you must be disciplined and committed…you must have training…you must have an awesome skillset…you must have spent enough time to acquire huge amounts of experience…you must be able to teach others…you must be able to lead…you must have poise…you must be able to communicate effectively…you HAVE TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE HEAT…and most important of all…you must LOVE WHAT YOU DO…To be considered a Network Marketing Guru…you must have social proof…you must have a Tribe of people that you lead…that you teach. Typically the only official recognition you receive is from the company that you represent and the bank statement you receive from your financial institution of choice.

Most Certified Master Chefs earn from $75,000 to $300,000 a year plus benefits and perks…and are employeed by hospitality companies or culinary schools

Most Celebrity Chefs earn from $500,000 – $5 million dollars a year under TV contracts…ownership interests…intellectual property rights…branded products…teacing venues and paid endorsements with… Rachael Ray being the highest earner at $18 million a year…Most Celebrity Chefs are NOT Certified Master Chefs…

Most Network Marketing Gurus earn from $100,000 to $3 million a year from their companies…company overrides…bonuses…ownership interests…intellectual property rights…branded products…training products…and JV's (affiliate product promotions)…Their backgrounds are as diverse as the colors in a rainbow…there are no education requirements…the only requirement is that they continue to provide over the top value to the Tribe they lead…sorry that I can't give you a link to follow for this information … FTC and all that….
